HiveRise Solutions, a sales and development firm, seeks a Community Partnerships Associate to represent us as a dedicated ally to Houston's non-profit sector. You'll embody our commitment to social good in every sales interaction, building a positive reputation. The Community Partnerships Associate ensures every partnership reinforces our brand's dedication to charitable sales success. The Community Partnerships Associate will then identify our client's passions, present opportunities to give back, and inspire action with confidence. Responsibilities of the Community Partnerships Associate Participate in in-person client acquisition and sales tasks that connect charitable causes with our clients seeking meaningful ways to contribute. Assist in developing strategic partnerships in person that increase visibility, strengthen outreach efforts, and broaden community support. Drive in-person sales and fundraising growth by helping our clients understand the tangible impact of their contributions. Serve as an approachable resource for clients seeking information about charitable campaigns, initiatives, and community programs. Encourage community involvement by sharing compelling stories, sales goals, and opportunities for participation. Support outreach efforts by building rapport and maintaining positive relationships with current and future clients. Qualifications of the Community Partnerships Associate A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Strong interest in sales, charity, or customer service is a plus.
