Job Description

Role Summary The Community Partnerships & Brand Activation Coordinator will be responsible for increasing ClinicHandy's visibility, credibility, and community presence across Texas through strategic offline marketing initiatives and local partnerships. This role focuses on building meaningful relationships with organizations, businesses, and communities while identifying high-impact opportunities to promote ClinicHandy's services beyond digital channels. The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-oriented, and experienced in community engagement, local marketing, event coordination, or business development. Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure strategic offline advertising opportunities, including digital billboards, mall displays, transit advertising, community noticeboards, and other high-traffic locations.
  • Develop and manage partnerships with local businesses, pharmacies, gyms, schools, churches, employers, nonprofits, and community organizations to increase ClinicHandy's visibility.
  • Coordinate ClinicHandy's participation in health fairs, wellness events, corporate wellness programs, and other community outreach initiatives.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships for outdoor advertising, print materials, promotional displays, and event activations.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all offline campaigns align with ClinicHandy's brand identity and ongoing digital marketing efforts.
  • Identify sponsorship opportunities that enhance brand awareness and position ClinicHandy as a trusted healthcare provider within local communities.
  • Monitor the performance and effectiveness of offline marketing initiatives and recommend improvements based on measurable outcomes.
  • Represent ClinicHandy professionally during meetings, networking events, and community engagements. Expected Deliverables
  • A quarterly Community Visibility Plan outlining targeted locations, partnerships, events, and activation opportunities.
  • A pipeline of qualified partnership opportunities with regular progress updates.
  • Execution of agreed offline advertising campaigns within approved budgets.
  • Coordination of community events, sponsorships, and brand activations.
  • Monthly reports detailing partnerships established, campaigns executed, community reach, estimated impressions, and recommendations for future initiatives.
  • Continuous identification of new opportunities to strengthen ClinicHandy's local presence across priority Texas markets. Methods of Execution
  • Conduct market research to identify high-traffic locations and communities with strong patient acquisition potential.
  • Build relationships through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and in-person meetings with community leaders and business owners.
  • Negotiate mutually beneficial partnership agreements that increase ClinicHandy's exposure while delivering value to partner organizations.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team so offline campaigns reinforce online advertising and direct audiences to dedicated landing pages or booking platforms.
  • Track key performance indicators such as partnership growth, event attendance, campaign reach, referral sources, promotional code usage (where applicable), and overall contribution to patient acquisition. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Number of strategic partnerships secured.
  • Number of community events and sponsorships executed.
  • Number of offline advertising placements successfully launched.
  • Estimated community reach and brand impressions.
  • Referral traffic and patient inquiries generated from offline initiatives.
  • Growth in local brand awareness across targeted Texas communities.
  • Return on investment (ROI) for community marketing initiatives. Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in community engagement, healthcare marketing, business development, public relations, or partnership management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with marketing and leadership teams.
  • Familiarity with the Texas market is an advantage.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned Texas communities as required.
Pay:
$48,869.92 - $58,854.09 per year
