Autism Centers of Utah —
Sandy, Utah Full-Time or Part-Time OpportunityCompensation :
Starting at $50,000+ per year, plus bonuses depending on experience, schedule, and performance Autism Centers of Utah is seeking a professional, relationship-driven outreach representative to help expand provider partnerships and referral relationships throughout the Sandy and greater Salt Lake area. This role focuses on provider relations, community outreach, referral development, and long-term relationship-building within the healthcare and autism community.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in healthcare outreach, medical sales, provider relations, community engagement, partnership development, autism services, pediatric therapy, or relationship-based business development. Candidates with personal or professional connections to the autism community are highly encouraged to apply. About Autism Centers of Utah Autism Centers of Utah provides full-day, center-based ABA therapy for children with autism and developmental needs. Our goal is to help families access the right level of care while building collaborative relationships throughout the autism and healthcare community. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with pediatricians, psychologists, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, schools, preschools, daycares, and community organizations Develop referral relationships throughout the Sandy and Salt Lake area Conduct outreach through office visits, meetings, networking events, calls, and ongoing follow-up Educate providers and referral sources about Autism Centers of Utah's services and ideal patient fit Build collaborative relationships with ABA providers and related healthcare organizations Track outreach activity, referrals, meetings, and follow-ups within the company CRM Represent Autism Centers of Utah professionally within healthcare and community environments Work closely with leadership and intake teams to strengthen referral processes and community visibility Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is professional, organized, personable, persistent, and comfortable building long-term relationships within the community.
Preferred qualifications include:
Experience in healthcare outreach, medical sales, provider relations, business development, or community engagement Experience working within autism services, ABA therapy, pediatrics, speech therapy, occupational therapy, psychology, or early childhood services Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills Comfort speaking with providers, therapists, schools, parents, and community organizations Experience using CRM or outreach tracking systems Existing relationships within the Utah healthcare or community network are a plus What We Offer Customized CRM system for outreach and referral tracking Marketing materials and referral packets Leadership and intake team support Community outreach resources and branded materials Growth opportunity as Autism Centers of Utah continues expanding throughout Utah Additional Information Local travel throughout the Sandy and Salt Lake area is expected Candidates must be comfortable attending networking events, visiting offices, and conducting community outreach Full-time and part-time opportunities available How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a short note describing your interest in the role and any experience related to healthcare outreach, provider relations, medical sales, autism services, or community engagement.
