This position is ideal for someone with experience in healthcare outreach, medical sales, provider relations, community engagement, partnership development, autism services, pediatric therapy, or relationship-based business development. About Autism Centers of Utah Autism Centers of Utah provides full-day, center-based ABA therapy for children with autism and developmental needs. Our goal is to help families access the right level of care while building collaborative relationships throughout the autism and healthcare community. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with pediatricians, psychologists, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, schools, preschools, daycares, and community organizations Develop referral relationships throughout the Sandy and Salt Lake area Conduct outreach through office visits, meetings, networking events, calls, and ongoing follow-up Educate providers and referral sources about Autism Centers of Utah's services and ideal patient fit Build collaborative relationships with ABA providers and related healthcare organizations Track outreach activity, referrals, meetings, and follow-ups within the company CRM Represent Autism Centers of Utah professionally within healthcare and community environments Work closely with leadership and intake teams to strengthen referral processes and community visibility Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is professional, organized, personable, persistent, and comfortable building long-term relationships within the community.
