$50,000+ per year, depending on experience, schedule, and performance Autism Centers of Utah is growing, and we are looking for a compassionate, motivated, and community-oriented professional to help families connect with the autism services and support they need. This role is ideal for someone with experience in healthcare outreach, provider relations, medical sales, autism services, pediatric therapy, community networking, or special needs advocacy. We are especially interested in candidates who personally understand the autism journey or have worked closely with children and families affected by autism. Autism Centers of Utah provides full-day, center-based ABA therapy for children with autism and developmental needs. Our goal is to build strong, collaborative relationships throughout the autism and healthcare community to ensure families are connected with the right level of care. This is not just a sales role — it is relationship-building, community education, and long-term referral development. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with pediatricians, therapists, psychologists, schools, preschools, daycares, and community organizations Develop referral partnerships with ABA providers and healthcare professionals throughout the Sandy and Salt Lake area Educate referral sources about Autism Centers of Utah's full-day, center-based ABA program Help families and providers better understand the pathway from developmental concerns to diagnosis and therapy services Create and maintain ongoing referral pipelines within the community Visit clinics, schools, therapy offices, and community organizations regularly Attend networking events, autism-related events, provider meetings, and family-focused community gatherings Track outreach activity, follow-ups, referrals, and outcomes within the company CRM Work closely with leadership and intake teams to strengthen the referral process Help position Autism Centers of Utah as a trusted, ethical, and collaborative autism provider within the community Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is professional, warm, organized, proactive, and comfortable building long-term relationships within the community. We are especially interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following: Medical sales, healthcare outreach, provider relations, or community engagement Autism services, ABA therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, pediatrics, psychology, or early childhood development Supporting children or families with autism or developmental needs Building professional relationships within healthcare or educational communities CRM follow-up and outreach tracking Communication with providers, therapists, schools, and families What We're Looking For Strong communication and relationship-building skills Professionalism, persistence, and follow-through Comfortable with outreach, networking, and community engagement Organized and proactive work style Genuine passion for helping children and families access the right care Ability to represent the company professionally within the community Compensation & Growth Compensation starts at $50,000+ per year, depending on experience, schedule, and success in building referral relationships.
