Join the TEAM that makes a difference: As a Marketing Outreach Specialist/Community Liaison, you will cultivate dynamic relationships within the community, establish and maintain positive relationships with referral sources, and work alongside the private duty team to coordinate care with clients and their families. Primary Responsibilities:
    Rapport Building :
    Develops and maintains relationships with community resources and referral sources
      Transition of Care :
      Acts as a liaison between patients, families, the care team, and community resources to assist with the coordinator of home care services
        Event Coordination :
        Participates and coordinates marketing events
          Education :
          Provides education on the organization's services and community resource
            Communication :
            Ensure timely and effective communication
            Skills:
            • Passion for Working with the Elderly
            • Ability to Navigate Difficult Conversations and Provide Support
            • Excellent Interpersonal Skills
            • Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
            Requirements:
            • 2-Years Customer Services Experience
            • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
            Marketing/Sale Experience Required Industry Experience Preferred Job Type:
