Vienna, VA + local community outreach Rise Above Sorts Group x iFlex Stretch Studios in Vienna is looking for an outgoing, organized, and motivated Lead Generation Associate to help grow our local community through our Move Vienna initiative. We have officially partnered with them to bring qualified leads to iFlex Stretch Studios! This role is focused on creating conversations, generating qualified leads, booking appointments, following up with prospects, and building local partnerships with businesses, apartments, gyms, restaurants, coffee shops, and community organizations. You will represent iFlex in the community and help introduce people to assisted stretch therapy through local events, outreach, phone calls, texts, emails, and relationship building. What You'll Do Generate new leads through phone, email, text, social media, and local outreach Follow up with leads consistently and professionally Schedule consultations and stretch appointments Reach out to local businesses and community organizations for partnerships Help promote and support Move Vienna events Attend select community events and assist with lead collection Track leads, appointments, follow-ups, and memberships in our CRM/tracking system Communicate weekly results and opportunities to the management team What We're Looking For We want someone who is: Confident and comfortable starting conversations Friendly, energetic, and professional Organized and reliable Comfortable making calls and sending outreach messages Goal-oriented and motivated by measurable results Comfortable representing a local wellness brand Previous sales, customer service, marketing, fitness, hospitality, or community-outreach experience is a plus Schedule Approximately 10-25 hours per week , primarily during high-response times:

PM Saturday:

10 AM-12 PM Schedule may adjust based on events and business needs.
