Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Community Relations Associate to join our growing event marketing team. This is an on-site, event-based role focused on supporting live promotional events, community outreach, and brand activations . As a Community Relations Associate, you'll serve as the face of our clients at events, helping build strong community relationships, engage with the public, and support successful event campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, representing brands in person, and contributing to memorable live experiences. Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, community organizations, schools, and event partners. Represent client brands at live events, community festivals, retail promotions, and outreach campaigns. Assist with the planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of promotional events and brand activations. Interact directly with event attendees by providing information about products, services, and promotional campaigns. Collaborate with the events and communications team to ensure successful campaign execution. Support community outreach initiatives that increase brand awareness and strengthen local partnerships. Collect attendee feedback and event insights to help improve future campaigns. Track participation and engagement metrics following each event. Maintain a professional, energetic, and customer-focused presence while representing clients. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for community engagement, live events, and face-to-face customer interaction. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, event coordination, promotions, or community outreach is a plus but not required.
