This role combines community outreach, bilingual client support, potential client education, and marketing coordination to help increase firm awareness, build meaningful partnerships, and support new client growth. We're looking for someone passionate about connecting with people, takes pride in representing a personal injury law firm, and understands that strong organization and attention to detail are essential to delivering an exceptional client experience. What You'll Do Build and maintain relationships within the local Spanish-speaking community through networking, events, sponsorships, and outreach Represent the firm at community events, health fairs, festivals, business networking groups, and educational seminars Educate prospective clients and community partners about the firm's services and how we can help individuals injured due to the negligence of others Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, community organizations, healthcare providers, and referral partners Collaborate closely with the Spanish Translator/Interpreter to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for Spanish-speaking clients from first contact through intake Assist with planning and executing community marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives designed to increase firm awareness and generate new client opportunities Assist with Spanish-language social media content and community communications Help coordinate marketing events, sponsorships, and promotional activities as assigned by the Marketing Director Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, community contacts, referral relationships, and marketing initiatives Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure messaging, branding, and community outreach efforts remain consistent and aligned with firm goals What We're Looking For Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal communication skills Well-connected within the local Spanish-speaking community or proven ability to build meaningful community relationships Experience in community outreach, marketing, business development, client relations, or sales preferred Passion for educating others, networking, and building long-term relationships Goal-driven with a genuine desire to help grow the firm's presence and generate new client opportunities Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Comfortable speaking to individuals and groups in community settings Strong interpersonal skills with a welcoming, professional, and service-oriented attitude Comfortable utilizing Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and AI tools to support marketing efforts Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently while collaborating with a team Why This Role Works You'll serve as one of the firm's primary ambassadors within the Spanish-speaking community. You'll educate the community about their legal rights while helping connect injured individuals with the resources they need. You'll play a direct role in expanding the firm's community presence, strengthening referral relationships, and supporting new client growth. You'll work alongside our marketing team and Spanish Translator/Interpreter to deliver an exceptional experience for every potential client.
