Success in this role will be gauged by the number of new patients (admissions) acquired as a direct result of your outreach and relationship-building efforts.Success Indicators/KPIs Meetings:

1 Revenue goal for your assigned area designated by Outreach Leadership. Daily goal setting and reporting of KPIs to the Outreach team and leadership. Core Competencies Interpersonal Communication- The ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and company leadership and adapt communication to a multidisciplinary team environment. - Identifying and connecting with potential referral sources and partners to expand the organization's reach. Relationship Building
- Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with healthcare providers and key decision-makers to drive referrals. Data Management
- Accurately tracking and reporting outreach activities, referral contacts, and follow-ups using CRM systems like Salesforce. Objection Handling
- Addressing concerns and resolving barriers to referrals through clear communication and problem-solving skills.
