Key Responsibilities:

• Works with funded partner programs on an ongoing basis to ensure programming alignment with United Way priorities and to provide communication and program support.
• Communicate/present United Way impact with community partners, community organizations, staff, and volunteers.
• Represent United Way in various human service collaborations, committees, and activities with approval from the CEO (e.g., business events, agency events, various non-profit meetings, presentations to local civic groups and organizations, etc.)
• Facilitate/Lead community coalitions around our Impact Areas, including planning and executing events and activities.
• Promote collaboration with organizations, programs, non-profits, and other stakeholders to advance community response to identified needs.
• Data Management & Evaluation
• Manage initiative and project data. Collect and evaluate data at predetermined intervals and use data to produce reports.
• Work with volunteers and staff to continually assess needs and available resources to address our Impact Areas. This includes analyzing local community data and trends, meeting with appropriate subject matter experts within the community, and monitoring local, regional, and state human service issues that affect our service area.
• Assist in planning the distribution of campaign and grant revenue to maximize the impact of United Way funding through the Community Investment funding process. This process focuses heavily on evaluating program outcomes and alignment with United Way's priorities.
• Coordinate and lead Group Impact projects.
• Promote volunteer opportunities in the community and maintain connection with Volunteer Wisconsin and its database.
• Plan and execute events such as Day of Caring, Stuff the Bus/Desk and United We Can.
• Train and coordinate the volunteers in the Volunteer Reception Center.
• Build Relationships to help grow United Way's annual fundraising campaign.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or higher in human services or related field preferred.
