This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive faith formation initiatives for children, youth, adults, and families. The Director fosters spiritual growth rooted in Catholic teachings and traditions while supporting sacramental preparation programs, including Grades 1-8 Faith Formation, OCIA (Order of Christian Initiation of Adults), and other parish faith development opportunities. The ideal candidate is a practicing Catholic in good standing with a strong commitment to Catholic doctrine, evangelization, and parish ministry. The Director of Faith Formation leads the planning and execution of parish faith formation programs and serves as a key member of the parish leadership team.
