Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse age groups and backgrounds. Knowledge of pastoral theology principles combined with hands-on experience in mentoring youth through faith-based activities. Prior experience working as a clergyperson or religious leader involved in youth engagement programs is highly desirable.
