Job Description

STUDENT DIRECTOR - HOUSTON CHURCH
Houston Church is looking for a Student Director who loves Jesus, loves students, and wants to build something that matters. We re a growing church in Houston County, Georgia, with a simple mission: Hope FOR Everyone. We believe the next generation isn t just the future of the church-they re part of what God is doing right now. Our student ministry is at an exciting point. We re building, growing, and creating a ministry where middle and high school students can walk through the doors and genuinely feel like they belong. We want students to have fun, build real friendships, know they are seen and valued, and most importantly, discover what it looks like to follow Jesus for themselves. This isn t a role for someone who just wants to maintain a program. We re looking for someone who wants to build. Someone relational enough to know students by name, creative enough to create environments they actually want to be part of, and driven enough to develop leaders who can help carry the ministry forward. You ll have the opportunity to shape the culture, build a volunteer team, invest deeply in students, strengthen our small-group ministry, and help create a student ministry that can grow alongside what God is doing at Houston Church. We re not looking for a perfect candidate. We re looking for someone who is teachable, dependable, relational, proactive, and passionate about Jesus and the next generation. If you re excited by the idea of helping build a student ministry with a growing church-and you want to do it with a team that values Love God. Love People. Follow Jesus. -we d love to hear from you. Part-time, Up to 25 Hours a Week, $18-$22 / Hour Depending on Experience. www.
