We are seeking a KidLife Director to lead our children's ministry (birth through 5th grade) with gospel-centered vision, biblical faithfulness, and joyful excellence. About the
Role:
The director will serve on the FamilyLife team, working closely with the executive team, teachers, volunteers, and parents to provide spiritual leadership, organization, and creative support for the children's ministry. Responsibilities will include fostering meaningful relationships with students and their families, helping to cultivate a vibrant and welcoming community, and planning and leading family events. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves kids, takes Scripture seriously, and wants to see the next generation rooted in Biblical Truth.
What We're Looking For:
A mature follower of Jesus Christ A passion for building relationships with children and their families Strong organizational and leadership gifts with the ability to recruit, equip, and inspire volunteers Alignment Springfield First values of Purposeful Hospitality, Missional Lifestyle, Inspirational Worship, Joyful Generosity, Mindful Prayer, and Biblical Truth A bachelor's degree in ministry, teaching, or a related field is desired (Or equivalent ministry experience) Previous experience working with children, either as a Church staff member or volunteer is desired.
