- Central Oversee the implementation of the special needs ministry at Chapel Pointe sites. Develop, maintain, and staff environments that support the unique needs of children, teens, and vulnerable adults with special needs. Manage a growth-oriented ministry with goals that align with the mission and vision of the church. Develop Special Needs Leaders
- Central Educate volunteer leaders in NextGen Ministries and church-wide teams on the importance of individuals with special needs and how to effectively include them in our ministries.
