Job Description
Exodus Church of Belmont, North Carolina, is seeking a Students Director. The right candidate will have some prior student ministry experience and/or education. He will be able to lead student programming and preaching as well as provide care and equipping for students, parents, and adult volunteers. He will be the kind of man who qualifies for and aspires to pastoral ministry. At Exodus, all pastors are elders. The title of this role as "director" is driven by our church structure, not by the nature/value of the role. Care for 3
Primary Components:
People- develop and care for students, parents, and adult leaders, help new people integrate, care for people through crisis points, and help participating people grow to the next level Preaching
- plan the student preaching calendar, serving as the primary communicator Programming
- lead the planning and execution of the weekly student gathering as well as annual events like camp, retreat, mission trip, etc.
