Job Description

T.E.A.M. Church Harvest - 2.1 Charlotte, NC Job Details Part-time 15 hours ago Qualifications Community relationship building Full Job Description We're seeking assistance with pastoral roles to include building and expanding a new house church movement. Many people today are longing for something deeper—authentic community, real discipleship, and spaces where their faith can be lived out, not just observed. We believe house churches meet that need, and we're committed to helping people find and flourish in these environments. This role will support identifying individuals and partner churches who are open to helping pilot and shape this model from the ground up. You will work directly alongside the T.E.A.M. Church House Church Leader to help establish and grow this network. This includes supporting communication with emerging small group leaders, assisting potential hosts as they step into this role, and helping build relationships with new partners. This is a hands-on opportunity to help lay the foundation for a growing ministry and create spaces where people are seen, discipled, and connected. Administrative tasks will be performed as needed. If you feel called to be part of establishing something that centers people in real relationship with Christ and one another, we'd love to connect with you.
