Job Description
- Assists directors in starting new Good News [Bible] Clubs (GNC), as needed.
- Makes visits to clubs for purposes of encouragement, accountability, prayer, troubleshooting, substitute teaching and generally helping to ensure all our clubs are quality clubs.
- Actively promotes CEF with area pastors, churches and others.
- Participates in summer ministry, as needed.
- Recruits potential club volunteers, financial donors, church partners and prayer partners.
- Assists with advertising needs of the chapter with regard to GNC.
- Submits prayer requests for specific needs of clubs, as they come to light.
- Assists, as needed, in training team leadership and/or team members.
- Contacts team leaders to encourage and take prayer requests for their club.
- Fills in for team leadership during extended absence while helping recruit replacement.
- Participates in fundraising, whether by way of banquet or other events.
- Communicates regularly with directors regarding plans and activities.
- Other duties as needed.
