We are seeking an experienced, warm, and dedicated Bilingual Education Admissions Consultant to join our growing team. We are a professional art portfolio/college counseling company based in Irvine, currently expanding our operations into the San Marino / Pasadena / Arcadia / San Gabriel areas. Our ideal candidate genuinely enjoys working with students and families, communicates with patience and care, and brings strong sales and consulting experience in the education industry. We are looking for someone eager to help expand our brand and build long-term relationships with families across these key communities.

San Marino / Pasadena / Arcadia / San Gabriel (Expansion Regions)
General Responsibilities:
Parent Consultation & Academic Planning:
Communicate in-depth with parents to understand student needs, offering tailored course planning and admissions advice.
Client Follow-Up & Relationship Management:
Follow up with prospective clients to build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with families.
Market Expansion:
Develop new clientele in the San Marino, Pasadena, Arcadia, and San Gabriel areas, analyze local education market demands, and promote studio brand growth.
Family Engagement:
Deliver warm, attentive, and professional communication in both English and Chinese to help families navigate educational pathways.
Qualifications:
Bilingual Requirement:
Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Relevant Experience:
Background in Sales, Education, Admissions, or Educational Consulting (experience with tutoring centers, art education, or college counseling agencies preferred).
Local Familiarity:
Strong understanding of local schools, school districts, and community needs.
Core Competencies:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build trust with families.
