- Serve as a leader in the Office of Admissions to include overseeing front-facing operations for the office; leading strategic guiding the team; developing and planning large scale campus visit days for prospective students; and developing and training staff and student workers.
- Essential Functions
- The duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
- Admissions Operations management (40%)
- + Supervision of student led service involving inbound communications, triage/problem solving, and visitation activities of prospective constituents.
- Supervisions of Professional Staff (40%)
- + Supervise, develop, and evaluate two professional staff Admissions Counselors to ensure strong performance, collaboration, and goal alignment.
- Admissions Counseling and Enrollment Initiatives (20%)
- + Assist with overall recruitment strategy by supporting in-state and out-of-state recruitment and efforts.
