ParadigmWorks Group, Inc./Hartford Job Corps Center is seeking an Admissions Counselor to recruit and onboard students for this federally funded program that provides free education, room and board to older teens and young adults. While learning a marketable trade (manufacturing, insurance & finance, or clinical medical assistant) students receive academic enrichment and can earn their high school diploma or GED, receive a driver's license, prepare for community college or advanced training. The Admissions Counselor is that individual who can best reach and enroll qualified students. Bachelor's degree in human services or closely related field or Associate's degree with two years' related experience. Monday-Friday with occasional evening or weekend hours. $47,500 to $49,000 plus performance-based incentive pay. Must have a valid driver's license with good driving record.
