Overview We are seeking an energetic and relationship-driven Hospital Marketer/Liaison to join our skilled nursing facility team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to increase referrals and support patient transitions into our facility. Responsibilities Build and strengthen relationships with hospital discharge planners, social workers, and community partners We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping patients receive quality post-acute care while growing strong partnerships within the healthcare community. Pay:

$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
