May travel to meet and recruit students.

Non-Exempt 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Any one or combination totaling three (3) years (36 months) from the categories below: A. course work in any discipline as measured by the following conversion table or its proportional equivalent: 30 semester hours equals one (1) year (12 months) 60 semester hours or an Associate's Degree equals eighteen months (18 months) 90 semester hours equals two (2) years (24 months) 120 semester hours or a Bachelor's degree equals three (3) years (36 months) B. work experience in administrative support, admissions and enrollment, customer service, public relations, records management, or closely related experience. Preferred Qualifications Baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited institution or a combination of education and experience totaling five years of related student records analysis work, records management work, or collegiate admissions/registrar work. Advanced knowledge of domestic and international educational systems, credential evaluation methodologies, transfer-credit articulation practices, curriculum interpretation, accreditation standards, academic records management, and University policies governing these functions. Ability to independently analyze complex academic credentials, determine equivalencies where established precedent may not exist, interpret policy, resolve exceptions, and communicate decisions to diverse constituencies. Knowledge of FERPA, IAI, degree requirements, transfer-credit best practices, and student information systems. Strong analytical, research, critical-thinking, decision-making, problem-solving, written communication, and interpersonal skills are required.Civil Service Information:
