Up to $25/hour CFS has partnered with a mission-driven higher education organization in seeking an Admissions Advisor to support prospective students through the admissions process. Key Responsibilities Conduct virtual information sessions for prospective students. Follow up with student inquiries and applications via phone, email, and virtual platforms. Guide students through the admissions and enrollment process. Assist applicants with submitting required documentation, including identification and high school transcripts. Provide information about academic programs, admission requirements, and student resources. Support students who may be returning to school after an extended time away from education. Help applicants navigate online systems and complete enrollment-related tasks. Maintain timely communication with prospective students to encourage application completion. Participate in occasional evening and weekend recruitment events. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 1-3 years of experience in customer service, admissions, recruitment, sales, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Comfortable speaking with prospective students from diverse backgrounds. Strong technology skills and ability to navigate online platforms and virtual meetings. #
