The Assistant Director of Enrollment Communications provides outreach of marketing and communication efforts to enroll every incoming class of students. Collaborates with the Director of Admission and Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Strategy, as well as Counselors to execute necessary communications needs and ensure they are built, targeted and delivered effectively to various audiences- students, families, schools, alumni and the greater campus community
- to recruit the incoming class.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3-5 years minimum working experience, preferably in enrollment management, sales, education or communication field.
- Proficiency with technology including Microsoft Office products and other software as assigned
- Slate CRM experience
- Demonstrated knowledge and proven experience with various modes of communication
- email, test, SMS, mail, social media
- Effective verbal and written communication skills; strong public speaking and comfort in front of audiences of all sizes.
- Strong organizational skills, including planning, documenting and follow-through
- Successful candidates must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check as required facilitation
