Sales Position for Senior Living A resident-centered sales role focused on building relationships, guiding families, and supporting occupancy growth. Position Overview The Senior Living Sales Representative is responsible for developing meaningful relationships with prospective residents, families, referral partners, and community organizations. This position supports the move-in process from initial inquiry through residency, ensuring every prospect receives compassionate guidance, timely follow-up, and accurate information about services, amenities, pricing, and care options. Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective residents, families, referral sources, and community partners.
  • Conduct community tours, discovery conversations, and follow-up meetings in a warm, professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach activity, tours, deposits, and move-in progress.
  • Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physicians, senior service providers, and local organizations.
  • Partner with leadership, clinical, wellness, dining, and operations teams to coordinate a smooth admissions and move-in experience.
  • Represent the community at outreach events, networking opportunities, open houses, and educational programs.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals related to occupancy, lead conversion, and move-ins. Qualifications
  • Previous experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, real estate, or consultative sales preferred.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to listen with empathy and guide families through important decisions.
  • Comfortable using customer relationship management tools, email, phone outreach, and basic office software.
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends for events, tours, or family meetings as needed.
