Come join a growing healthcare organization in the Pennsylvania market! We are looking for a dynamic leader, RN, that has at least 2+ years of senior living sales / marketing experience within the Eastern PA area! The Clinical Liaison serves as the primary relationship builder between hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, assisted living communities, and the Skilled Nursing Facility. This individual is responsible for generating referrals, evaluating prospective admissions, coordinating smooth patient transitions, and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources. The Clinical Liaison ensures appropriate clinical placement while supporting census growth and delivering exceptional customer service. Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, Acute Care, Rehabilitation, or Hospital Case Management. Previous experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, business development, or clinical liaison role preferred. Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and commercial insurance. Knowledge of post-acute care regulations and discharge planning. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong relationship-building and networking abilities. Clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Ability to interpret medical records and identify appropriate levels of care. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple referrals simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems. Professional presentation and customer service skills.
