In this vital role, you will lead student recruitment efforts to ensure a seamless enrollment experience for prospective students. Your enthusiasm for education as the best investment leading to a better life and excellent communication skills will help inspire future students to embark on their wellness careers. The job involves both meeting students on site for campus tours, open houses, and enrollment events as well as doing outreach to guidance counselors and work force development events, attend college fairs and build connections in the employer community which is often a great source of referrals. Interviews and follow up communication can also be performed remotely if you have a dedicated home office space with adequate connectivity and privacy. Responsibilities Manage student information ensuring accurate data entry and record keeping Conduct campus tours, informational sessions, and presentations to promote programs and answer applicant inquiries as well as to support them to stay on track to a successful enrollment Oversee application processing, including reviewing credentials, verifying compliance with school policies, and coordinating interviews or assessments Maintain detailed records of applicant interactions, admissions status, and follow-up activities using CRM systems and spreadsheets Ensure adherence to educational regulations and institutional policies while handling confidential student information Qualifications A positive and uplifting communication style with active listening skills and the ability to ask open ended questions to get a deep understanding of a future student's interests, motivations and obstacles to success Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in data management and compliance documentation Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing multiple priorities effectively Proficiency with technology, digital communication, word processing, and spreadsheets as well as being comfortable conducting online meetings with prospective students.
