Job Title:

Director of Admissions Change Lives. Build Dreams. Grow the Future. Every student who walks through our doors is making a big decision about their future. As Director of Admissions , you'll be the person who helps prospective students feel welcomed, understood, and confident about taking the next step toward a career in beauty and wellness. This is a hands-on admissions role focused on connecting with prospective students, following up with leads, conducting tours, guiding applicants through the enrollment process, and helping future students see what's possible. What You'll Do Connect with prospective students through phone, text, email, and in-person conversations. Respond quickly and consistently to new leads. Build genuine relationships and understand each student's goals. Conduct campus tours and create an exceptional admissions experience. Follow up with prospective students throughout the enrollment journey. Guide qualified students through the application and enrollment process. Maintain accurate records and activity in the CRM. Meet weekly and monthly admissions and enrollment goals. Track key performance metrics and consistently work to improve results. Partner with campus leadership and marketing to generate quality leads and fill upcoming classes. Represent Nathan Layne Institute and with professionalism, enthusiasm, and care. Provide an admissions experience that students remember. Keep your pipeline organized and actively moving forward. Follow through on commitments and create a high level of trust. The following will help you succeed: Experience in admissions, recruiting, sales, customer service, or a related field preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable making phone calls and following up consistently. Ability to work toward and achieve measurable goals. Comfortable using a CRM and other technology.
