Support high-risk populations by implementing child welfare initiatives, working with families to strengthen relationships and improve outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, service plans, and progress notes using Microsoft Office tools and other relevant software. Engage in conflict management and communication with clients, families, and community agencies to facilitate effective service delivery. Deliver first aid and CPR when necessary during emergency situations, ensuring client safety at all times. Work with culturally diverse communities by demonstrating sensitivity and understanding of different backgrounds while providing social work services. Assist clients with disabilities by coordinating appropriate support services and advocating for their needs within the social services system. Experience Proven experience working with children, families, or high-risk populations in social work or related fields. Familiarity with child protective services protocols and child welfare legislation. Demonstrated ability to manage crises effectively through crisis intervention techniques and crisis management strategies. Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—to clearly convey information to clients and team members. Experience working with individuals from culturally diverse backgrounds; bilingual skills are highly valued. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting purposes. Knowledge of social services systems, including working with families facing complex challenges such as disabilities or mental health issues.
