Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field OR Bachelor's in education/special education with 5+ years working with students with behavioral/emotional disabilities OR Master's in education/special education with 3+ years experience in behavior-focused roles Must obtain and keep a valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card Skilled in ABA therapy techniques, behavioral interventions, and creating supportive environments Able to build rapport with students across elementary, middle, and high school age groups Strong communication and collaboration skills within a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
