This position includes dynamic program management and enhanced behavioral support for individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health challenges and those on the autism spectrum. Responsibilities and Duties Lead a team of 12+ Behavior Interventionists Lead a management team composed of a program coordinator and job developer. Ensure a high level of behavioral intervention and of enhanced day program services for program participants. Develop necessary documentation and behavioral reporting. Collaboration with the participant, their family, and their team for the purpose of developing a behavior support plan
Qualifications and Skills Education:
A Master's degree in a related field is required (eg Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, Social Work) with an emphasis and / or training on behavioral intervention
Preferred Experience:
At least 2 years experience in positions of leadership and management. At least 2 years practical experience with individuals with developmental disabilities and those on the autistic spectrum Expertise on behavior intervention. Valid California driver's license, background check, pre-employment drug testing, and / or other employment clearance requirements. Benefits Excellent Benefit Package.
