Join EA Family Services and Make a Difference EA Family Services is a nonprofit agency serving communities throughout Northern California. Our mission is to provide safe, nurturing homes for foster youth and support young adults transitioning from foster care to independence. We are currently seeking a dedicated Transporter/Visitation Monitor to join our Antioch team. In this role, you will play an important part in supporting the well-being of children, youth, and families by providing transportation services and monitoring supervised family visits. This position requires professionalism, objectivity, strong documentation skills, and a commitment to maintaining the dignity and respect of all individuals served. Essential Duties Transport foster youth to family visits, court appointments, school activities, medical appointments, and other assigned destinations. Supervise and monitor visits between clients and family members as directed. Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation of observed visits and transportation activities. Uphold a respectful, professional, and unbiased approach when interacting with youth, families, and community partners. Follow agency policies and procedures regarding safety, confidentiality, and reporting requirements. Qualifications Minimum of two years of driving experience . Clean driving record with the ability to meet agency insurance requirements. Strong observation, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to maintain professional boundaries and remain objective during supervised visits. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed. Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends . Additional Requirements Successful completion of DOJ, FBI, and CAIC background clearances .
