Case Manager
  • Workers Comp Experience Required.
Applicant side preferred.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Experience with workers' compensation is a must.
  • Operate a multiline telephone system: High volume calls.
  • Proficient in
Microsoft Office Primary Responsibilities:
Managing 100 + cases. Screen potential new clients. Provide accurate information and excellent customer service to clients. Return all clients phone calls in a timely manner while remaining cordial with more assertive clients. Receive and make calls to clients, insurance companies, defense attorneys, doctors offices and WCAB offices, to assist with case or treatment. Prepare files for hearings & Depositions for litigation of cases. Object to DOR's & Denials in schematic time frames to control case. Set hearings w/ WCAB & File DOR's for all WCAB Hearings. Get treating physicians for clients in & out of MPN. Retrieve Employer & different treatment facility records via subpoena. When retrieving medical reports, instantly file & serve Carriers, Opposing Counsel. Have PTP speak to Adjusters to get Meds. & RFA's authorized. Get SDI, TD, TTD or PDA's benefits for clients. Relay settlement offers to clients. Gather all medical reports for AME/QME Medical index purposes. Provide new medical records to AME/QME to provide state or supplemental reports. Sub-out files, send file out to new AA and file a lien with board. Assist with Compromise and Release process or Stipulation process. Qualities that we believe will make you successful in our firm:
