Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Case Manager Supervisor to lead our team in delivering high-quality child and family services. This role is vital in overseeing case management operations, supporting high-risk populations, and ensuring that clients receive comprehensive social services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, cultural competence, and a passion for empowering vulnerable communities through effective crisis intervention and client communication. Responsibilities Supervise and mentor a team of case managers to ensure delivery of exceptional child welfare and family support services Oversee case planning, assessment, and documentation processes with a focus on child protective services and child & family services Coordinate crisis intervention efforts for clients experiencing high-risk situations or emergencies Ensure compliance with all social services regulations, including child welfare laws and best practices in crisis management Facilitate communication between clients, families, community partners, and internal teams to promote positive outcomes Conduct regular staff training on topics such as conflict management, working with culturally diverse communities, and working with individuals with disabilities Maintain detailed records using Microsoft Office tools for reporting, case notes, and client tracking Experience Proven experience working with children, families, or high-risk populations in social work or related fields Demonstrated expertise in child protective services, crisis intervention, crisis management, and conflict resolution Strong knowledge of child welfare laws and best practices in social & family services Experience working with culturally diverse communities and bilingual abilities are highly preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting purposes Certifications such as CPR, First Aid, Child & Family Services training are highly desirable Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—are essential for effective client engagement and team leadership Join us to make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable children and families! Pay:
$21.00 - $22.00 per hour
