Compass is hiring a CFS Specialist who brings compassion, strong communication skills, and experience supporting people with disabilities or behavioral needs. What You'll Do Provide guidance and support to clients and families with life skills, scheduling, and advocacy Help create personalized support plans based on each individual's goals, culture, and preferences Connect families with community resources and services Offer one-on-one and small group learning opportunities Support families in building confidence while caring for their loved one Why This Role Matters Coordinated Family Support (CFS) is an innovative service that helps adults with developmental disabilities live at home with their families while pursuing independence, personal goals, and meaningful community life.
