Housing Stability Advisor
SALARY RANGE
(minimum and maximum salary per month); $3986 - $5200 SUMMARY
OF DUTIES RELATING TO PROJECT OBJECTIVES
Conduct a detailed needs assessment of referred clients. Provide case management, referral, and follow-up service. Prepare individual service strategy & housing stability plans. Provide individual and financial coaching. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of all participant contacts Maintain resources of Housing Assistance Resources Coordinated services with other FSC staff. Other tasks as assigned. Name and Title of the person (position) to which this Position reports: Program Director and Program Manager
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelors in Social Work or related field (preferred) Bilingual in English/Spanish (spoken and written) required Minimum of 3 years experience in a family service agency working with "at-risk" families Ability to work with persons from diverse ethnic groups and various socioeconomic levels. Good communication skills (oral, and written) Experience with housing resources a plus Financial Literacy experience a plus Computer Literate Ability to work weekends and late evenings Foreign language(s) spoken and/or written: English/Spanish Technological knowledge, skills, and abilities required (if any): PC Skills, MS Office, Google platforms and video conferencing
