Licensed Master Social Worker Salary:

Bi-Weekly Holliday's Helping Hands is dedicated to supporting individuals and families experiencing homelessness by providing interim housing, supportive services, nourishing meals, and safe environments that empower participants on their "Journey to Home." We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Mental Health Clinician / MSW / MFT to provide clinical, mental health, and case management services to People Experiencing Homelessness (PEH) and individuals with complex behavioral and health-related needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness, mental illness, chronic health conditions, substance use disorders, and/or co-occurring conditions. Core Responsibilities Provide direct individual and group therapeutic services and case management support. Provide clinical and case management leadership within the program. Complete Adult Initial Assessments, progress notes, discharge summaries, and other required clinical documentation . Provide assessment, intervention, crisis support, and ongoing monitoring of participant needs. Work with participants experiencing mental illness, chronic health conditions, substance use disorders, and co-occurring conditions. Provide intensive case management services and support participants in achieving housing stability and independent living goals. Develop and implement individualized service plans based on participant needs. Utilize effective outreach and engagement strategies to connect participants with appropriate services. Assist participants with affordable housing applications and public benefits applications. Provide education and assistance regarding housing stability, landlord/tenant rights, and eviction prevention. Assist participants with daily activities, scheduled appointments, budgeting, socialization, health and housing maintenance, community integration, and life-recovery goals. Provide crisis intervention, suicide risk assessment, and suicide prevention services as appropriate. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, healthcare providers, housing providers, community organizations, and other service partners. Assist with the development and delivery of clinical and staff trainings. Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical and case management records. Follow applicable program, County, and organizational policies, procedures, and best-practice models. Perform other duties as assigned.

Mandatory Requirements:

Candidates must meet one of the following experience and education pathways, as applicable to County and program requirements: Option 1 At least one (1) year of experience working with People Experiencing Homelessness (PEH); AND A Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Mental Health, or a related field. A minimum of two (2) years of experience providing direct mental health services or services similar to the program's Scope of Work (SOW), unless otherwise approved by the County; AND Experience working with participants experiencing: Mental illness Chronic health conditions Substance use disorders Co-occurring behavioral health needs Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), Counseling, Psychology, Mental Health, or a related social services field preferred. Experience working with homeless and/or marginalized populations . Experience providing mental health services, case management, or supportive services in a community-based or residential setting. Knowledge of chronic homelessness and homelessness service systems. Knowledge of outreach and engagement strategies . Experience providing intensive case management services . Knowledge of evidence-based and best-practice models for mental health and substance use disorder services. Experience with crisis intervention, suicide assessment, and suicide prevention . Knowledge of affordable housing resources and public benefits applications . Knowledge of housing resources, landlord/tenant rights, and eviction prevention . Experience working in interim housing, recuperative care, shelters, traditional housing, or other community-based settings is highly desirable. Strong written, verbal, organizational, documentation, and interpersonal skills. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.
