Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and empathetic Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assessing the social and emotional needs of our participants and providing support to enhance their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:

Conduct psychosocial assessments to identify participants' needs Develop and implement care plans to address social and emotional concerns Provide individual and group counseling to participants Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate holistic care Connect participants with community resources and support services Advocate for participants' rights and well-being

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) Licensed Social Worker in the state of CA Bilingual is a must: Korean & English Experience working in an Adult Day Health Care Center or similar setting Strong assessment and counseling skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Knowledge of community resources and support services
