Job Description

We are a law firm that provides indigent defense to families in need. Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team. This role is essential in providing support and guidance to individuals and families facing various challenges. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care, psychotherapy, and behavioral health, with a focus on delivering high-quality therapeutic services. You will work collaboratively with clients to assess their needs, develop treatment plans, and implement effective interventions. Experience Experience/ education in Social Work or a related field is preferred. Experience in patient care, particularly with children, is highly desirable. Proficiency in psychotherapy techniques and individual/group counseling practices. Familiarity with behavioral health assessments and treatment planning. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality. Previous experience working with clients dealing with PTSD or similar conditions is a plus.
