A Family, School, or General Case Manager coordinates the delivery of a range of social and health services to individuals and families. Assess client needs and work with agencies and institutions ensure clients get the help they need. Monitor client and work with other service providers as necessary to address client needs. Provide limited counseling to client and their family.
In collaboration with the Family of Joseph Manager and Core Team, the FOJ Latino Coordinator fosters connection, engagement, and spiritual growth among Spanish- speaking companions. This role serves as a cultural bridge within the Family of Joseph by supporting communication, building community, and developing formation opportunities that reflect the mission and charism of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Orange.
Essential Functions:
This position is not limited to the essential functions listed below. Other projects and duties may be assigned. 1. Communication & Outreach Lead Spanish-language communication efforts, including emails, social media content, and translation of key materials such as newsletters and program information. Respond to inquiries from Spanish-speaking companions via phone, email, and social media in a timely and welcoming manner. Collaborate with the Communications Department to ensure accurate and engaging Spanish-language content across platforms (website, print, and digital materials). 2. Community Building & Engagement • Coordinate and support Latino small groups, including scheduling, facilitation support, and ongoing engagement. Provide orientation, hospitality, and accompaniment to new Spanish-speaking participants. Cultivate relationships within the Latino community to encourage participation and deepen connection to the Family of Joseph. 3. Formation & Program Development Assist in the development and coordination of formation materials and curricula in Spanish. Partner with the Core Team to evaluate the effectiveness of communication, outreach, and engagement strategies. Support the planning and implementation of events, gatherings, and programs serving Spanish-speaking companions. |

Education and Experience Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role required; experience in pastoral ministry, faith-based organizations, or community engagement strongly preferred. Experience facilitating or supporting small groups and/or community-based programs preferred.
Skill Requirements:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage individuals and groups effectively. Ability to facilitate small groups and build meaningful relationships. Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Canva, and communication tools such as Constant Contact. Experience with social media platforms and basic graphic design. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment. Commitment to confidentiality and professional integrity. Familiarity with, or openness to engaging in, the mission, values, and spirituality of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Orange.

Work Schedule:
