Requirements:

Minimum 3 Years of Social Worker II Experience Active California Social Work License Experience in an acute care hospital or trauma center preferred Strong knowledge of discharge planning, crisis intervention, psychosocial assessments, and community resources Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills Immunization Records Driver's License or State ID This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Social Workers seeking a weekday schedule, competitive pay, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced Trauma Center at a respected Tenet Healthcare facility.
