The ideal candidate must have:

Previous experience in managing service for Michelin starred or fine dining restaurant(s), Exceptional food and wine knowledge Passion for service and hospitality Commitment to Excellence Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to build strong relationship with the staff, guests, and leadership. The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000 annually.
