A Family, School, or General Social Worker provides specialized assistance to vulnerable families and children. Intervenes in crisis situations; evaluates individual and family needs, helps clients get access to health care, mental health care or social services such as housing assistance. Advocates for clients and provides follow up visits. May work with teachers, parents and school administrators to help students improve academically and deal with social issues such as bullying.

Job Description
- provide social work services to adult cmhc/php clients
- assist with psychosocial assessment and identification of client
- Facilitate social work groups focus on coping skills , communication skills, socialization, emotinal support community recourses, problem solving , relapse prevention ,and independent function.
- provided support Counseling and client education within the scope of practice of MSW.
- Support development and updating of treatment palms collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Document client participation, symtoms, progress, barriers, and response to interventions .
- collaborate with psychiatrist/PMHNP/RN/LCSW occupational therpy, occupational therapsit, activity staff, and administration.
- Participate in treatment team meetings as needed.
