Position Summary:
Assists administrators, teachers, counselors, and other professionals with implementation of strategically aligned programs and interventions designed to increase student engagement and positive participation in an academic program. $32.58 - $43.04 per hour in 9 annual steps. Salary placement is based on experience.
Location:
MLK JHS Hours:
6 hours/day; 5 days/week
Benefits:
Medical, Dental, Vision, and Employee Life Insurance available for employees who work 4+ hours per day (Full district contribution for 6+ hours/day; 50% contribution for 4-5.99 hours/day).
Education and Experience:
The position requires an Associate's degree in a behavioral or social science, education, or equivalent and four years of progressively responsible experience with a community based social services and behaviorally at-risk students with attendance problems. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and will substitute for some experience. The position requires demonstration of proficiency in translation and interpretation.
Licenses and Certifications:
Requires a valid driver's license. May require a valid first aid card.
