Job Description
Helping People. Changing Lives. Please note that this is a regular, full-time position. This role will support clients in San Luis Obispo County. Candidates must be fluent in two or more languages, including at least one that supports the needs of the program and community. Join the CAPSLO's team and help make a lasting impact on young children and their families. As a Behavioral Health Specialist with the Teaching Together Home Visiting (TTHV) program, you'll play a key role in supporting the behavioral and developmental needs of children from birth to age five. This position focuses on early identification of developmental and behavioral concerns, promoting school readiness, and strengthening parenting skills. Through observation, screening, consultation, and collaboration with home visitors and families, you'll help ensure each child receives the support they need to thrive across all areas of development—social, cognitive, language, and physical.
