Responsibilities Conduct thorough intake assessments, clinical evaluations, and diagnostic evaluations using medical terminology and adhering to clinical documentation standards. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, behavioral therapy, and applied behavior analysis. Provide individual and group counseling sessions tailored to clients' needs, including mental health counseling, addiction counseling, crisis intervention, and specialized care for conditions such as PTSD, autism spectrum disorders, Alzheimer's disease, and disabilities. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work (BSW or MSW) from an accredited institution; licensure or certification as required by state law. Proven experience working with children, adolescents, adults with developmental disabilities or disabilities in general, geriatrics including Alzheimer's care, or psychiatric patient populations. Strong knowledge of psychotherapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, crisis management techniques, and evidence-based practices in behavioral health. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems; experience with ICD coding (ICD-9/10), CPT coding; understanding of medical terminology and clinical documentation standards.
