Pay :
$20 an Hour for approximately 15 hours a Week, with potential to increase to 20 hours per week pending approval What you'll do : In collaboration with the Co-Directors of Student Ministries, lead a growing youth ministry which creates a Safe Space where students learn to Love God, Love Others, and Love Ourselves. How you'll do it: Help plan, organize, and execute weekly Student Ministry Midweek Program for Middle School. Help plan, organize, and execute weekly Student Ministry Special Events. Occasionally teach during a Sunday or Midweek Program (2-4 Times). Plan and implement weekly projects to contribute to programming including: teaching, game preparation, communication and leadership training. Regular contact work with students (one-on-ones, small groups, meals, recreation, via phone). Regular office hours M-Th, including a weekly Student Ministry Team Meeting. Opportunities to participate in and help with church-wide services and events (Trunk or Treat). Opportunities for Leadership, Spiritual, and Ministry Development through meeting with WCPC staff. Understand and abide by our Child Protection Policy (note: this position is a Mandatory Reporter). Other duties as assigned.
