Pediatric Developmental Services is hiring a School Social Worker for a full-time opportunity in the Aurora, CO area. About the Position In this role, you'll support students with social/emotional and behavioral needs skills that impact both classroom performance and daily interactions. You'll work closely with school teams to support student success through targeted interventions. Responsibilities Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention services to students and families Collaborate with educators, administrators, and outside agencies to support student well-being Assess students' social, emotional, and environmental needs that impact learning Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of intervention plans Serve as a liaison between home, school, and community to foster student success.
