Key Qualifications:
Valid, active Colorado social work licensure is required Prior experience working as a Social Worker within school settings (K-12 preferred) History of managing a caseload across multiple school sites (itinerant experience highly valued) Strong skills in case management, family engagement, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Ability to adapt and provide support to students from varied backgrounds and needs
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive social work services to K-12 students across different campuses Coordinate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to design and implement intervention plans Provide crisis management, behavior support, and connect families to essential resources Conduct evaluations, prepare documentation, and contribute to eligibility and IEP meetings Foster inclusive, supportive school climates that nurture student growth and resilience Maintain open lines of communication with families and educational staff This contract runs from late August through May, aligning with the school year calendar.
